Tinderbox on OS X

Just starting using Tinderbox last week after reading about it for so long and missing 2 sales on it (usually $149). I realized that my method for keeping up with customers in DayLite (CRM app for OSX) wasn't working - the process of adding and accessing notes and actions was too cumbersome and it's not iSync ready. So, I've started dumping all of my customer notes, telephone discussions into "notes" in Tbox. The search is lightning fast and I can easily hunt down connections between people, references, referrals, etc. I'll finish the manual before trying to create any agents though. Doug Miller even started an effort to program David Allens' organizational system, GettingThingsDone, in Tinderbox. I'm anxious to see the finished product. I'm impressed already with Mark Berstein and his dedication to innovation. Watch for coming Windows version if you're of that persuasion.
